1st Bath
Maddix had his first real bath today! He is definitely going to be a water baby. He loved the water and splashed a little too! I am so glad that he loves the water, we are going to start swimming lessons in March! With how much Ian and I love to be on our boat and the water we knew it would be important to get him used to the water at a young age.

Christmas Train and Santa!
Maddix got to meet Santa for the first time at 3 Weeks! We started off the week by going to the Christmas Train at Ian's Cousin Dizz's house. We had a great time and even got to take Maddix on the train with Santa! We had a great time. We even saw a few of Santa's elves (CJ, Scott and Kody) our friends helped with the train.
When we got home it was picture time! Great-Grandpa Gubrud bought Maddix a stuffed snowman and Nana (Grandma Colleen) got a matching outfit. What a cute little man. He however was not so amused with the photo shoot. As you can see he has his naughty finger up by his binky!
We also got to go sit with Santa and Kennedy's old Daycare Katie M's. The whole family went and we sang Christmas Carol's and Santa made a grand entrance. We love getting to visit Katie each time Kennedy comes to town.

1 Week Old!
Maddix is one week old! The week went by incredibly fast. Ian had to work most of the week but mom was right there to step in and help! She spent the whole week at our house helping clean, cook, shop, and of course help with the baby! Thanks mom for all your help. We could not have done it without you! We are so lucky to have ALL the grandparents so close (and great-grandparents too!)

Maddix David November 29, 2009
Maddix David Pocock came into our lives at 5:03 PM on November 29, 2009. He weighed in at 6lb 5oz and 19 in long! We are so excited for baby X to finally be here! He is such a sweet baby and even slept through the 1st night! Wow that was great. All the Grandma's and Grandpa's were there to greet him as well as Uncle D, and Great Grandma and Papa!
